Kristy swam competitively from middle school through college. She is a graduate of University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with a bachelors in business administration. While in college, Kristy swam competitively with specialties in sprint freestyle, breaststroke (50, 100 and 200) and occasionally the 200 IM; she was a 4 year letter winner and co-captain her senior year. Kristy has competed in several sprint triathlons but is most passionate about swimming. She is experienced in open water swim competitions as well as masters swim meets.
Kristy loves to share her passion, knowledge and experience with other swimmers. She has previous swim coaching experience at both the age group/club and the high school level.
