Become a better cyclist in the off-season. Join these time efficient and effective indoor cycling workouts created by Tri Faster Head Coach Lauren Jensen, Physical Therapist.  Lauren uses these workouts in her own training, as well as for many athletes that she coaches, to optimize cycling fitness.  These workouts are appropriate for triathletes, racers of all bike types – road, time trial, cyclocross and mountain bikers, as well as for fitness and touring cyclists.

The workouts blend pedaling technique, cycling specific strength work and leg speed to help cyclists of all to abilities significantly improve cycling fitness.  The off-season workouts are built on a challenging training progression that will have you ready for the Wheel & Sprocket Training Hub that begin in November.
