Learn running skills and exercises that will last a lifetime. No running experience is needed to join. This class is appropriate for individuals who want to run for fitness or train for a running event or triathlon. It is also great for those who have been following a run/walk program but want to transition to where they can run without taking walking “breaks”.
The Tri Faster coaches will teach you about running technique, pacing, how to build a training program and exercises to become a proficient injury free runner. Each class will include a dynamic warm-up, a coach led run at your pace on treadmills, a cool down and instruction in one or more learning objectives.
