Did you know that hill repeats are speed work in disguise? This program will help you develop better running form on flats, uphills, and downhills. It will also help you build the strength and power you need to be a more efficient, stronger, and faster runner. Whitnall Park in Franklin, WI will give us a scenic backdrop and a variety of nearby hills to make these workouts amazing.

Runners of all abilities are invited to join this program and fun will be had by all! Join Coach Lauren along with other Tri Faster Coaches as we enjoy some fall training together. Combine this with Tri Faster Restore and Recover  to complete your day!
