These 60-75-minute sessions will be customized to meet your needs. The difference between this and the full assessment is that all of the exercises are created and taught during the session and there is no follow-up written plan. This is appropriate for individuals who have already done the full Movement Analysis and Strength Plan, have a history of training with Lauren, or have already been strength training and need some tweaks that can be done in one session.
