Tri Faster Restore and Recover
Most Athletes are great a working hard, but not as good at doing all of the things that help them recover from and integrate all of the hard training that they are doing. If you are plagues by lackluster performance, training plateaus, injuries, poor recovery or sore muscles – then this is the class for you! Learn new techniques each week including dynamic mobility, foam rolling, yoga, stretching and targeted mobility. This is led by Coach Lauren Jensen, Physical Therapist as well as other knowledgeable Tri Faster Coaches.
