The fundamentals of swimming for individuals who wants to become a better swimmer by learning the basics. (Ages 14 to Adult)
Professionally coached swim workouts for triathletes, lap swimmers and anyone who can swim one length of the pool. (18 Years +)
1-on-1 or small group session perfect for improving open water swimming skills, (May-Sept.)
Private swim sessions for one swimmer or up to four athletes of similar swimming ability attending together.
