Begin to Swim
Learn the fundamentals of swimming including floating and buoyancy and the basics of freestyle (front crawl), breast stroke and backstroke. This program is appropriate for individuals who want to train for a triathlon and need help learning the basics, who want to become a lap swimmer, or who need help for High School PE swim classes. Our patient and understanding Tri Faster Coaches can rapidly help you to become a confident swimmer.
