Begin to Swim
Learn the fundamentals of swimming including floating and buoyancy, treading water and the basics of freestyle (front crawl) and backstroke. This program is appropriate for individuals who want to become a lap swimmer, need help for High School PE swim classes, or who want to train for a triathlon and need help learning the basics. Our Tri Faster Coaches can rapidly help you to become a confident swimmer.

Improve your freestyle swimming and learn the fundamentals of backstroke and breaststroke. This program is appropriate for individuals who can already swim the length of the pool, but want to improve their technique and endurance.
