This treadmill running program will help you build the strength and power you need to be a more efficient, stronger, and faster runner. Each week will feature a different workout to include hill repeats, speed intervals and run circuits. Join the FUN and stay motivated to run through the coldest part of our Wisconsin Winter.
Runners of all abilities are invited to join this program and fun will be had by all! Join Coach Lauren along with other Tri Faster Coaches as we enjoy some challenging and effective workouts in a setting that everyone goes at their own pace while training together.
