The Tri Faster HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Workout creates maximum results while using minimal equipment. The workout includes a dynamic warm-ups and rounds of body weight exercises that focus on functional fitness to improve speed, power and agility. The final 15-minutes of the workout is devoted to recovery techniques including Yoga, Foam Rolling, Targeted Mobility and Stretching.
Do not let the name intimidate you. The exercises can be modified to meet you at your current fitness level. This class is fun and fast paced. We encourage you to take on the challenge.
This class is led by Sheryl Leonard-Schneck and Lauren Jensen McGinnis. Sheryl is a seasoned fitness professional who teaches the Group Exercise Leadership classes at Carroll University. She has competed in everything from Ironman to Spartan Races; she even did an event where she jumped out of an airplane and then she ran! Coach Lauren is a Physical therapist and a World Champion Age Group Triathlete. Come and learn from the BEST so you can become the BEST fit version of yourself!
