To perform your best in endurance sports and in life, you need to be both mobile (flexible) and stable (strong).  In fact, you need a good balance between mobility and stability to prevent aches and pains or injuries. Physical Therapist, Coach Lauren Jensen will lead you through a workout to help you stretch and open up tight muscles and joints as well as strengthen what is weak.  Class structure will include a 10 minute dynamic warm-up, 30 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of foam rolling and stretching.  The class will be highly educational and can be adopted to all ability levels.
