Discover how to become the best you can be as an athlete and in life by adding yoga to your week. The Summer Tri Faster Yoga is focused on restoring and recovering muscles from the hard training and racing.

All levels are invited including beginners. The Tri Faster Yoga class will be taught in a supportive, non-competitive environment. There will be a combination of challenging and relaxing poses that will maximize your athletic ability and keep you centered for all of your daily demands.

Coach Cindy Buteyn, 200RYT will lead the yoga sessions. Cindy has completed the 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification. Her capstone project was focused on designing yoga classes for endurance athletes.
