Coach Lauren Jensen McGinnis, PT invites you to join her for an educational and fun-filled day of workouts, skill sessions and training lectures perfect for beginner and intermediate level triathletes. The Tri Faster Triathlon Camp includes professionally coached workouts, a robust handout with details from each lecture and workout, and a snack table to keep up your energy throughout the day. You will leave the day with many new training ideas and a high level of motivation to have an amazing 2019 season.
All workouts can be modified so you can attend at your current fitness level. The only physical prerequisite is that Camp participants must be able to swim two lengths of the pool non-stop (at any speed) to attend this camp. Camp participants must be 16 years of age or older, unless they are participating with a parent or guardian who is also registered for the Camp.
