Join Coach Lauren and Coach Kristin as you continue to sharpen your fitness for the summer season.  These fun workouts will feature intervals where you alternate between cycling on your own bike indoors and running outdoors.  All ability levels are welcome since no one gets “dropped”. Bike trainers are provided.

The workouts will get progressively more challenging over the 6-weeks as the summer and racing season will be rapidly approaching. All abilities are invited to attend including pure cyclists who can stay on their bike while the others run.
