Join Coach Lauren for a clinic where you will learn how to speed up your transitions for triathlons and duathlons.  After a short lecture and demonstration, you will take part in a fun workout that involves repeated bike/run intervals and transition races.  Participants will take part at their current fitness level using the Oak Leaf trail starting from the Milwaukee Sports Complex.  
 

For this workout, you will need to bring all your gear for biking and running:

  • running shoes preferably with some sort of lace locks or speed laces
  • a bike helmet (required)
  • biking shoes (if you use separate biking shoes)
  • sunglasses
  • water bottle(s) filled with hydration
Optional equipment includes:
  • a race belt
  • a transition towel or mat
  • any other gear you would like to practice
