This class consists of approximately 30 minutes of yoga geared towards endurance athletes followed by 15:00 of foam rolling and rolling with lacrosse balls.

Yoga uses a series of poses that allow you to develop a strong, flexible and injury resistant body. It also helps center you to create balance and calmness through your mind and your body. Discover how to become the best you can be as an athlete and in life by adding yoga to your week.  Rolling techniques are a way of performing recovery self massage to break up restrictions that left untreated could lead to injuries and/or losses in athletic performance.

All levels are invited including beginners. The Tri Faster Yoga, Roll and Release class will be taught in a supportive, non competitive environment. There will be a combination of challenging and relaxing poses that will maximize your athletic ability and keep you centered for all of your daily demands.  You will also learn some rolling techniques that will give you lifelong skills to receive muscle tension and to prevent injuries.
