Experienced Coaches Provide Results

Nowadays, it seems coaches are a dime a dozen with all the various certification programs available. But how do you know the advice you are receiving is as valuable as the money you pay for it?

Our Tri Faster coaches have decades of experience teaching and developing individuals to achieve their goals, whether it is to run a mile without stopping, swim a length of the pool or to qualify for that big triathlon in Hawaii. The knowledgeable coaching staff consists of Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Personal Trainers and Physical Educators who have the expertise to help you achieve the best possible results. For One-on-One sessions, the Coaches look at each individual’s needs and custom-build a program based on that athlete’s strengths, weaknesses and goals. For group workout classes, modifications are always made based on each person’s needs.
