Coach Lauren will lead you through a 12-week program geared towards teaching you how to swim significantly faster. She has been teaching and coaching swimming for over 35 years and has successfully instructed over 5000 swimmers in how to get on the fast track to significantly faster swimming.
This program is ideal for anyone who is ready to spend 12-weeks focusing on significantly improving their swimming. To maximize the results of this program, it is suggested that athletes commit to swimming three times per week (or more), and strength train two times per week.
