Creating A Plan to Fulfill Your Goal(s)

Looking for some training guidance from Coach Lauren without the ongoing coaching program? This consultation is perfect for self-coached athletes or for anyone who is in search of some input from a Professional Coach on how to structure your training. The consultation is also ideal for an athlete who receives one-on-one coaching during part of the year and still wants some guidance but with less structure during the off-season.

During the Training Plan Consultation, you will have an opportunity to work with Coach Lauren to assess your current training plan, set goals for your next block of training (2-3 months), and work together to create a realistic and effective training schedule. The one-on-one session (approximately 75 minutes) will be followed up with some written workout recommendations to include some essential/basic strength and mobility exercises. After the meeting you will execute the training on your own without ongoing assistance from Coach Lauren.
