Professionally Coached Swim Workouts

The Tri Faster Masters Swim program is appropriate for USMS swimmers, triathletes, lap swimmers, and anyone who can swim one length of the pool.

Our head Coach, Lauren Jensen, has over 30 years of experience teaching swim strokes and coaching adults. She and the other Tri Faster Coaches have helped thousands of swimmers through our Tri Faster Masters, Swim Faster®, and Open Water Swim clinics over the past decade.

Each workout is divided into different lanes based on ability and speed. We provide an appropriate number of on-deck coaches each workout for safety and to provide individual feedback about your strokes. This is unique when compared to most Masters Swim programs that have more swimmers per coach and sometimes even have the coach in the water instead of providing stroke feedback.

Tri Faster has attracted a friendly, low-pressure, fun-based group of swimmers with a wide range of abilities – from those who just began swimming to get into shape or do their first triathlon to those who competed in college.
