Improve Your Speed

This BRAND-NEW Tri Faster class is designed to elevate your running-specific performance by integrating fun and challenging footwork movements, running mechanics drills, and injury-prevention strength training. From speed ladders to cone drills, to short run circuits, each class will feature a different workout that improves your explosiveness, balance, and foot speed. Get off the hamster wheel and take your running in a new direction with this dynamic program that Coach Jennifer Thorpe, PhD, ATC, LAT, CSCS will lead. Class will be held outdoors, when possible, with an indoor back-up space if needed.
