Become a better cyclist by joining these time efficient and effective indoor cycling workouts created by Tri Faster Head Coach Lauren Jensen, Physical Therapist.  Lauren uses these workouts in her own training, as well as for many athletes that she coaches, to optimize cycling fitness.  These workouts are appropriate for triathletes, racers of all bike types – road, time trial, cyclocross and mountain bikers, as well as for fitness and touring cyclists.

The workouts blend pedaling technique, cycling specific strength work and leg speed to help cyclists of all to abilities significantly improve cycling fitness.  Spring of 2018 we will be offering a 2-hour extended ride that focuses on improving your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.  This will make you a better cyclist when you hit the roads, trails and races this Spring and Summer.

For this class you will bring your own bike and trainer.  Trainers can be left at InStep for the session if you wish.  The two-hour ride will be followed by an optional outdoor running brick (weather permitting each week). Register today! We have limited space and this program WILL fill up!
